Labor agreements

Human Resources negotiates and implements the City’s labor agreements with its unions, under the direction of the City Council, striving to maintain effective employer-employee relations. The memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with the City’s labor groups are listed below. Any side letters of agreement amending an MOU are added to the end of the document.
