Current status

The project is fully approved, and adheres to the Specific Plan's "Base" level standards, which were established to achieve inherent public benefits, such as the redevelopment of underutilized properties, the creation of more vitality and activity, and the promotion of healthy living and sustainability. The Planning Commission previously reviewed the project and recommended approval of all project actions on August 28, 2017. The Final EIR was made available as of August 11, 2017.
