What is a hyperlocal resident*? Menlo Park residents or students who attend K-12 school within the service area of Belle Haven Community Campus (BHCC) are eligible for discounted enrollment fees at BHCC. Students who attend school in the BHCC service area, but who do not live in Menlo Park may submit a hyperlocal student information form in order to enroll at the hyperlocal resident rate.
When does enrollment open? The City of Menlo Park has season-based recreation enrollment periods. Though specific dates vary each year, anticipated months for enrollment can be viewed in the table above. **Finalized dates will be announced as soon as available.
Recreation scholarships
To reduce barriers that can result from enrollment fees, the recreation scholarship policy provides discounted enrollment fees to qualifying low- and moderate- income residents.
