Halloween Hoopla parade and carnival

The annual Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival is held the last Saturday in October from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Participants are welcome to come in costume and participate in the annual parade through downtown Menlo Park where kids can trick-or-treat at local merchants. Then enjoy crafts, entertainment and games at nearby Fremont Park.
