We want to hear from you! Please tell us your views about the City's libraries, recreation and parks. Take the survey.

The City of Menlo Park's pickleball and tennis courts are available to the public for drop-in play on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are available on some courts; reservations are limited in order to provide optimum court space for the public and community use. Whenever possible, at least 50 percent of each court site will remain accessible to the public on a first-come first-served basis. The City reserves the right to reserve additional courts when needed for activities such as city programs, tournaments, summer camps and other uses.

About tennis

Tennis remains a tried and true racket sport that for years has engaged players both physically and mentally in a game committed to good sportsmanship. City of Menlo Park tennis courts are free for community drop-in play. Some tennis courts are reservable for a registration fee.

About pickleball

Pickleball, although relatively new in the world of racket sports, combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong into a lively experience with a strong social element. Don't know how to play? Learn the rules. No paddles? No problem! Pickleball paddles and balls are available to borrow from Menlo Park Library.
