Current status

The 2025 Street Resurfacing project (Project) is part of the City’s Five-Year street maintenance program and generally includes asphalt resurfacing, signing and striping, and minor concrete work within the public right of way. A map of the proposed street resurfacing locations(PDF, 938KB) is available for reference.

Construction updates

On March 25, the City Council awarded the Project's construction contract to Teichert Construction (Teichert). In late June, Teichert commenced work which includes repair of sidewalk and gutter, installation of curb ramps, resurfacing of the roadway, and placement of signage and stripping. All work is expected to be substantially completed by the end of August.

Partial lane closures and traffic impacts are anticipated during the course of work. Notices will be provided to impacted residents prior to construction. City staff will also periodically update this website to inform stakeholders of changes in scope, schedule, or other project milestones.
