Library and Community Service facilities will close at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, for staff development. Regularly scheduled business hours will resume on Feb. 15.

City facilities will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17, in observance of Presidents' Day.

Menlo Park Library provides public access to books, computers, and high-speed internet; study and learning spaces; early childhood literacy programs; cultural and educational events; research and information; and related services to support lifelong learning and community enrichment.

Administrative Offices Closed

07 Feb 2025 City Hall is closed every other Friday. The City of Menlo Park participates in a "compressed work week" schedule in which a regular full-time two-week work schedule of 80 hours is compressed into eight nine-hour days and one eight-hour days within a two-week period (9/80). This results in longer business hours throughout the week (7:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Thu) with offices closed every other Friday.
