City email addresses have switched to @menlopark.gov

As the latest push toward a more secure online footprint, the City of Menlo Park has now moved all city council and employee email addresses to @menlopark.gov. This follows the website domain transition on Oct. 31, 2022, to menlopark.gov.

All electronic communications from the City of Menlo Park will be more secure with the @menlopark.gov domain and provide further assurance to the public that the information in these communications are official, trusted information.

For a time, we will operate both email addresses simultaneously so that emails sent to @menlopark.org email addresses forward to @menlopark.gov addresses. However, all communications from employees will be sent from the @menlopark.gov addresses. The overlap period will provide opportunity for residents and businesses to update their contacts.
