Menlo Park Homeowners: Get a new heater/HVAC and upgraded home

The City of Menlo Park is working with Peninsula Clean Energy to provide new appliances, electric panel upgrades and more to improve your family’s health and comfort. This limited-time program has expanded its income eligibility threshold, making it possible for more residents to participate. Menlo Park homeowners in Belle Haven are encouraged to apply and check if they qualify with an income at or below 120% of the San Mateo County area median income set by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development. For example, families of four at or below an annual income of $223,900 are now eligible for no-cost home electrification.
