Report a problem / ACT Menlo Park

Noticed something that needs fixing in your neighborhood such as a damaged street sign, pothole or a streetlight outage? Report it using ACT Menlo Park.

We created ACT Menlo Park, a platform to report non-emergency issues from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. We track these issues and provide updates as they are acknowledged and resolved during normal business hours.

NOTE: ACT Menlo Park is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, please call 9-1-1.
