The Building Division is a part of the Community Development Department.

The Division is responsible for coordinating the enforcement of the city's building code and related policies applicable to the construction of residential, commercial or industrial projects. The Division provides this oversight through the plan check and inspection process ensuring that projects are designed and constructed according to code.

The Building Division is fully digital and uses the Accela Platform to process all aspects of the permitting and inspection process.

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Every other Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
