New building code adoption; recommended Dec. 15 submittal deadline Published on October 12, 2022 Beginning on Jan. 1, 2023, the City is required to enforce the 2022 Edition of California Building Standards Code. We encourage applicants to submit their completed pre-application package no later than 5:30 p.m., Dec. 15, 2022. Transition to DigEplan system Published on July 01, 2022 The City of Menlo Park is moving to a new plan check system called DigEplan, which works in conjunction with our Accela permit management system.
