Re-roofing project at Belle Haven Child Development Center begins

Public Works is beginning a re-roofing project at the Belle Haven Child Development Center located at 410 Ivy Dr. Construction starts today, Jan. 21 and will take approximately five weeks to complete. The scope of work includes removing and replacing the roof in preparation for solar panel upgrades.

The project is scheduled from Monday through Friday (between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and the building will remain open and accessible during this time. Please pardon any noise that may result from construction activities. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Future locations of the re-roofing project will include the City Council Chambers. More information to come.
