The Police Department will be participating in the National Faith and Blue Weekend campaign for the first time. Law enforcement entities and faith-based groups are key pillars of a local community, and when we all work together, neighborhoods thrive.

The purpose of the Faith and Blue Weekend event is to create safer, more inclusive communities by connecting law enforcement officers and the residents they protect and serve through houses of worship.

Faith and Blue Weekend celebrates the diversity of faith and culture in our city and reminds us how much we can accomplish when we work together.

Join the upcoming events on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, from 9-11 a.m.

  • Fremont Park
Santa Cruz Avenue at University Drive
  • Cafe Zoë
    1929 Menalto Ave.
  • Neighborhood Service Center
    871 Hamilton Ave.

These "Coffee with a Cop and Faith Community" events are an opportunity for members of the public to have a cup of coffee with police staff and discuss ways to better serve the Menlo Park community through their houses of worship. There will also be kid crafts at each event.
