Kelly Park will be closed on Aug. 22. Access to the park and the Belle Haven Youth Center portable buildings will be closed to ensure everyone's safety while large-scale construction activities are performed at the nearby community center. Access to the youth center and the park is expected to reopen by Aug. 23.
