North Access Road/Kelly Park construction impacts November & December

Construction activities will affect the Kelly Park Access Road from Monday, November 27, 2023, through Friday, December 1, 2023.

The North Access Road leading to Kelly Park and the Belle Haven Youth Center portables will be completely closed to vehicle access from Monday, November 27 2023, through Friday, December 1, 2023.  

Pedestrian access to Kelly Park and the Belle Haven Youth Center portables will be redirected through the construction site's concrete walkway, with the entrance to pedestrian access shifting closer to the parking lot entrance at Terminal Avenue. 

Drivers are advised to slow down, be alert for pedestrians entering the roadway, park only in designated areas, and to follow all construction signs and directions.

Kelly Park restrooms will also be impacted during construction and will be closed from Monday, November 27, 2023, through Friday, December 22, 2023.
