Register your security camera now for the camera registry program

The City of Menlo Park has created a video surveillance registration program for residents and businesses located in the City of Menlo Park to voluntarily register locations of their video surveillance systems.

Video surveillance is one of the best crime fighting tools and has assisted law enforcement in apprehending and convicting criminals. The ability to view the video of an incident can exponentially help the police with solving crimes and getting criminals convicted. Your contact information will be stored by the Menlo Park Police Department.

If a crime occurs in your area, a member of the Menlo Park Police may contact you through the information you provide on the registration form. They will then ask you to view your video footage for a specific date and time. You may be asked to provide a copy of this footage to the Police.
