A comprehensive shuttle study was launched last year to evaluate how to improve the Menlo Park Shuttle program to better serve the community and provide connections to jobs, shopping and other destinations. In spring 2024, the project team presented two different service scenarios for the Shuttle program and heard detailed feedback from the community through online surveys and pop-up events. Using this input, ridership trends and future projections, the project team has developed a Preferred Service Plan for the Menlo Park Shuttle Program to make the shuttle service more convenient, reliable and efficient for both current and future riders. Two other service plans were developed including a future service plan when additional financial resources are identified and a reduced service plan if funding reductions or cost increases require a reduction in service.
More information about the Preferred Service Plans is now available for your review online. Please review the plans and share your input to help the project team make final adjustments by filling out the feedback form and/or attend the virtual public webinar on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. via Zoom.
