The Zoom link will be available with publication of the Planning Commission agenda, on the city website at menlopark.gov/agendas, not less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting. If you challenge this item in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Menlo Park at, or before, the public hearing. Written correspondence is typically considered a public record and may be attached to staff reports, which are posted on the city website.

Sign Review/Amrita Meher/2 Meta Way:
Request for sign review for three illuminated signs, which would feature bright colors (red) that would comprise more than 25 percent of the signage area. Two of the signs would be new wall-mounted signs featuring lettering greater than 24 inches in size, and one freestanding monument sign is also proposed. The signage would be located on a hotel currently under construction in the O (Office) zoning district and regulated by a conditional development permit.

The proposed project is being evaluated using the development regulations and design standards of the R-4-S (AHO) (High Density Residential, Special – Affordable Housing Overlay) zoning district and includes on-site features for residents.
