The below items will be heard by the Planning Commission under hearing procedures conforming to Government Code §54953(e). The agenda will be published a minimum of 72 hours before the Planning Commission meeting and will provide a more detailed description of hearing procedures.

Use Permit and Minor Subdivison/Ali Zadeh/734-736 Partridge Ave.:

Request for a use permit to demolish an existing one-story duplex and construct two new two-story, single-family residences and one detached garage on a substandard lot with regard to minimum lot width in the R-2 (Low Density Apartment) district. The proposal includes administrative review of a parcel map to subdivide the project into two condominium lots and one common area lot (SUB2023-00013). Each proposed residence includes an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU), which is a permitted use and not subject to discretionary review.
