Elaine has been with the City of Menlo Park at the Belle Haven CDC since January 2019. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a minor in Elementary Math from SJSU and currently holds a Site Supervisor permit. She has been in the early childcare field since 2005. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and watching her favorite sports team: Golden State Warriors.
