Teodolinda Valencia

Teo has been working for the City of Menlo Park since 1990. She has over 33 years of experience in Child Development. Teo attended Cañada College, where she obtained her units in Early Childhood Education. She currently holds an Associate Teacher’s Permit from the Department of Education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
