Belle Haven Child Development Center provides quality full time child development services. The program is funded by the State Department of Education and administered by the City. The program builds and enhances children's self-esteem by offering developmentally appropriate materials, activities and curriculum that assist children in being:

  • Better prepared for kindergarten and able to achieve their goals
  • Effective learners
  • Personally, socially and physically competent
  • Safe and healthy
  • Supported in their learning by their families

Tuition full-day program: $1,042/month for residents and $1,407/month for nonresidents.

Subsidized care: Sliding fee scale based upon family income and family size. Proof of income is required and all fees are subject to change.
