About Belle Haven Child Development Center (BHCDC)

Belle Haven Child Development Center in Menlo Park provides full-time, high-quality child development education services for preschool-aged children (3 - 5 years). Our mission is to deliver affordable, income-based preschooling that fosters your child's growth and prepares them for the future. Funded by the State Department of Education and administered by the City of Menlo Park, we ensure accessible, nurturing care for every family. Our goal is for each BHCDC preschooler to be:
  • Prepared for kindergarten and able to achieve important early education goals.
  • An enthusiastic learner who is personally, socially, and physically competent.
  • Safe, healthy, and supported in their learning by their families.
  • Physically nurtured. We provided students with a daily breakfast, lunch, and snack.

Ages served and hours of operation:

We serve preschool-aged children from 3 -5 years old.

Our hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
