1. Grading and construction activity is discouraged within 50 feet of the existing top of creek bank.
2. No storm water shall be discharged to the creek without the required permits from all regulatory agencies. These may include the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board and US Army Corps of Engineers.
3. Slope planting and bank stabilization along San Francisquito Creek shall conform to the San Francisquito Creek Bank Stabilization and Revegetation Master Plan(PDF, 722KB).
4. Projects affecting San Francisquito Creek banks are subject to notification requirements. The City will provide a project information form and ask the owner or developer to deliver it to several other agencies interested in the creek.
