M4-Willow Road Shuttle
Starting Monday, Sept. 23, 2024 the M4-Willow Road Shuttle schedule is changing to meet the new Caltrain schedules. The detailed map(PDF, 202KB) is now available.
The M4-Willow Road Shuttle is a FREE commuter shuttle open to everyone. It runs between the Menlo Park Caltrain station and the Willow Road area business parks. Destinations include the Menlo Medical Clinic (321 Middlefield Road), VA Medical Center, and business parks along O'Brien Drive and Adams Drive. Mid-Peninsula High School is a short walk from the O'Brien Drive & Willow Road stop.
The M4-Willow Road Shuttle operates Monday through Friday, in the morning from about 6:30–10:00 a.m. and in the afternoon from about 4:00–6:30 p.m. to sync with the peak period Caltrain schedule. A schedule for the M4-Willow Road Shuttle is available on the City shuttle's homepage. The shuttle bus is wheelchair-accessible and has a rack that can accommodate two bicycles.
The Menlo Park shuttle service has been in operation since 1989. The shuttle service is funded through generous grants from San Mateo County Transportation Authority, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and the City of Menlo Park.
