The City Council will conduct a public meeting to provide direction on a proposed land use scenario to meet the City’s Housing Element Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) for the planning period 2023-2031. The scenario will serve as the basis for further refinement for the Housing Element; the project description analyzed in the Environmental Impact Report under the California Environmental Quality Act; and the Fiscal Impact Analysis.
