Learn more and save at the Summer Camp Fair!

Looking for a great way to keep your child active and engaged with other children this summer? The City of Menlo Park offers several City-run camps each summer. In addition, we offer several contracted camps each summer including sports, martial arts, dance and other specialty camps.

For our City run camps, days are filled with outdoor and team games, arts and crafts, field trips, sports, special events, swimming, cooking and much more! Campers get to explore Menlo Park, celebrate fun themes, learn new skills, develop new friendships and have an exciting summer!

Our little children camps are for children entering kindergarten–grade 2. This camp provides a smooth transition for young children. This camp offers fun and exciting activities and fieldtrips in a loving and caring environment. Activities in this camp have been designed with this age group in mind. Children will be led into a variety of activities, indoors and outdoors by certified staff with a combined experience of over 20 years. Our staff will lead children through a variety of activities in a limitless amount of local and distance fieldtrips. 

Our older children camp is geared for children in grades 3–5 as they explore and crave creativity. We offer hands on activities in cooking and science. Each day begins with outdoor group games to help the children unwind, socialize and get ready for their busy day. Our camp provides a safe and fun environment where friendships are formed and memories are made. We offer a wide variety of activities so children can get a broad exposure to many areas and try new things. The leaders in the grades 3–5 camp are energetic, experienced and are passionate about young children.
