Capture water for reuse during the rainy season with a rain barrel!

Are you interested in saving water, saving money, reducing runoff and pollution and collecting rainwater for your yard? With the rainy season around the corner, Menlo Park Municipal Water urges its customers to recapture rainwater to irrigate their gardens during the dry season. In partnership with the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA), Menlo Park Municipal Water is offering rebates of up to $200 per rebate for the purchase and installation of qualifying rain barrels and cisterns. To be eligible for this program, households must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a Menlo Park Municipal Water customer
  • Must submit your application within 90 days of purchase
  • Must provide copies of your original receipts and provide two post installation images
  • Offered to only residential customers
