Conservation rebates and incentives

Menlo Park offers water conservation rebates, incentives, and free fixtures to residents and commercial businesses that are Menlo Park Municipal Water customers. Please keep in mind that although you may reside in Menlo Park, you may not necessarily be a Menlo Park Municipal Water customer. If you need assistance applying for a rebate program please schedule an appointment to visit City Hall and speak with staff. 

Irrigation hardware rebates

Learn how to get rebates for high efficiency sprinkler nozzles, spray bodies with pressure regulation and large rotors.

Landscape analysis program

A free landscape analysis program (a $1,400 value) is offered to commercial and multifamily customers.

Rachio smart sprinkler controller rebate

The City has partnered with Rachio Inc. and BAWSCA to offer residential customers a Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller at a discounted price.

Rain barrel rebate

Learn how to obtain rebates for the purchase and installation of qualifying rain barrels and cisterns.

Lawn Be Gone rebate program

Get up to $3 per square foot by converting water-intensive lawns into water-efficient landscapes. A minimum of 200 square feet of lawn must be converted.
