Impactful rain begins Wednesday, Feb. 12

The National Weather Service forecasts significant rain beginning Wednesday, Feb. 12, into Friday, with very heavy rain Thursday morning.
In addition, strong winds are forecast for Thursday – Friday. Gusts could be up to 30 mph.
Impacts for the community include possible ponding on roadways, downed trees or tree limbs and power outages.
City staff will continue to monitor storm impacts and share additional details as they become available.

- Clean leaves and debris from storm drains.
- Prepare for longer commute times.
- Do not drive through flooded roadways.
- Use headlights when driving in the rain.
