City Council to review Housing Element Site Selection Criteria March 4

A special City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4 to review and discuss site selection criteria and previous evaluation of City-owned properties completed during preparation of the 2023-2031 Housing Element. While no formal action will be taken at this meeting, the City Council may provide direction to staff to analyze additional City-owned sites for consideration as Housing Element opportunity sites, to be discussed at a future study session.

The meeting agenda and related materials will be available on menlopark.gov/agendas at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide comments during the meeting at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers (751 Laurel St.) or via Zoom.
