Safety and accessibility improvements for your Belle Haven home

Rebuilding Together Peninsula provides home renovation and repair services for income-eligible seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities and families.

In November 2023, the City Council awarded $180,000 to Rebuilding Together Peninsula's (RTP) Home Rehabilitation Program. Focused on low-income homeowners in the Belle Haven neighborhood, RTP’s program targets smaller rehabilitation projects, such as safety modifications (e.g., grab bars, flooring) and mobility enhancements, but can also include larger projects, including roof repairs and HVAC replacement. The work is done at no cost to the homeowner, and project costs should not exceed $22,500.
