Between Feb. 26 and March 4, Caltrain will be working during the day to perform signal work and prune and remove trees along the project route. Caltrain will also work during the night to perform additional signal work. Day work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and night work hours will be from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Caltrain crews apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and pledges that the field team will work as quietly as possible.

During work hours at the Menlo Park Station all passengers will board and de-board from the same platforms. Please look for the signs to indicate which platform to use. If you have any questions, feel free to call Caltrain Customer Service at 1-800-660-4287

The Caltrain Modernization Program includes electrification and other projects that will upgrade the performance, efficiency, capacity, safety and reliability of Caltrain’s service. Electrification provides the foundation that future modernization improvements are based on, including full conversion to an electric fleet, platform and station improvements, the extension of service to Downtown San Francisco, and other projects that allow Caltrain to grow and evolve with the Bay Area.
