The proposal would exceed seventy-five percent of the replacement value of the existing nonconforming structure in a 12-month period.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.
