Request for a use permit for a Type 41 license from the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) for onsite alcohol service (beer and wine only) associated with a proposed full-service restaurant at an existing commercial building in the C-MU (Neighborhood Mixed Use) zoning district. The proposal also includes a request for a use permit for a change of use on a lot that is substandard with regard to parking, as well as a proposal for outdoor seating in the rear of the property to allow the outdoor consumption of beer and wine, associated with the restaurant.

It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.
