Architectural Control/Carl Cook/500 Willow Road:
Request for architectural control to renovate an existing canopy, removing cornices and changing the paint, for an existing gas station located in the C-4 (General Commercial) zoning district. The project is also requesting a sign review for five internally illuminated signs, with three proposed on the canopy, one proposed above the entrance to the gas station convenience store, and one proposed freestanding monument sign. These signs would feature bright colors (red and yellow) that would comprise more than 25 percent of the signage area.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.
