SP Menlo, LLC is proposing to redevelop the site with an approximately 105 multi-family dwelling units, an approximately 746 square foot café space, with a podium parking garage integrated into the proposed eight-story building. The project was approved on April 26, 2021 by the Planning Commission.

123 Independence Dr.

The Sobrato Organization is proposing to redevelop five parcels with 116 townhomes and 316 apartments (for 432 dwelling units total) on a 8.15 acre site. The Planning Commission approved the project in August 2023 and the City Council approved the major subdivision and below market rate housing agreement in September 2023

201 El Camino Real and 612 Cambridge Ave.

Proposed redevelopment of three parcels into a mixed-use project with residential, restaurant, and retail uses.

Hotel Moxy

FPG Development Group is proposing to demolish an existing non-medical office building and construct a new eight-story, 163-room hotel, approximately 58,000 square feet in size and consisting of three stories of podium parking and five stories of hotel rooms.

Menlo Flats

Greystar has submitted a proposed project, tentatively named Menlo Flats, to redevelop three parcels with approximately 158 multi-family dwelling rental units, 13,400 square feet of office space and 1,600 square feet of commercial space on a 1.38-acre site.

Willow Village

Comprehensive redevelopment of the former Menlo Science and Technology Park with up to 200,000 square feet of retail, 1,729 housing units, a limited service hotel with 193 rooms, 1,250,000 square feet of offices and 350,000 square feet of accessory, meeting, and conference space for a total of 1,600,000 square feet of space for Facebook.
