Redevelopment of a 9,329-square foot parcel at the corner of El Camino Real and Harvard Avenue with a mixed-use development consisting of two commercial condominiums for retail, personal service, or non-medical office uses on the first floor and four residential condominiums on the second and third floors.

Lume (formerly Menlo Uptown)

Greystar is constructing 483 multi-family dwelling units, including 441 rental units in two buildings and 42 for-sale townhomes, as well as a 2,900 square foot commercial space, located at 141 Jefferson Drive and 180-186 Constitution Drive.

Greystar is constructing a 335 dwelling unit multi-family building and a separate standalone commercial building with approximately 33,000 square feet office and 1,600 square feet commercial space, at 104 and 110 Constitution Dr. and 115 Independence Dr.

Middle Plaza at 500 El Camino Real

Stanford University is proposing a new mixed-use residential/office/retail development on a multiacre site currently addressed 300-550 El Camino Real.

1350 Adams Court

Tarlton Properties Inc. is constructing a new life science research and development building at 1350 Adams Court. The new building will be 255,602 square feet of R&D space with an integrated parking structure. The project site will include publicly accessible open space, including a walking path featuring sculptures of prominent science innovators.
