Request for a use permit for alterations to an existing nonconforming single-story, single-family residence in the R-1-U (Single Family Urban Residential) zoning district. The proposed work would exceed 75% of the existing replacement value in a 12-month period.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.
Please submit comments and questions by March 22, 2024, in order for staff and the applicant to fully consider all comments and questions before the preparation of the staff report.
