Request for a use permit to demolish an existing one-story, single-family residence and a detached garage, and construct a new two-story, single-family residence on a substandard lot with regard to minimum lot width and area in the R-1-U (Single Family Urban Residential) zoning district. The proposal also includes an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU), which is a permitted use and not subject to discretionary review.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.

Please submit comments and questions to Associate Planner Matt Pruter by April 15, 2024, in order for staff and the applicant to fully consider all comments and questions before the preparation of the staff report.
