Request for a use permit to remodel and construct a first story addition to an existing nonconforming single-story, single-family residence where the proposed work would exceed 75 percent of the replacement value of the existing nonconforming structure in a 12-month period on a substandard lot with regard to minimum lot width in the R-1-U (Single Family Urban Residential) zoning district.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting. 

Please submit comments and questions to Assistant Planner Connor Hochleutner by July 5, 2024, in order for staff and the applicant to fully consider all comments and questions before the preparation of the staff report.
