Request for architectural control to modify the facades of an existing commercial building in the ECR-D-SP (El Camino Real-Downtown Specific Plan) zoning district. The project is also requesting a use permit for a Type-41 ABC license for onsite alcohol service (beer and wine only) associated with a full-service restaurant (a permitted use) and a Type-21 ABC license for off-site liquor sales (beer, wine, and distilled spirits) associated with a liquor store (a conditionally permitted use) at 720 Santa Cruz Avenue.

If you are interested in viewing revised project plans, they will be available for review one week before the Planning Commission meeting. It will be attached to the staff report that will be available online the Thursday before the meeting.
Please submit comments and questions by March 22, 2024, in order for staff and the applicant to fully consider all comments and questions before the preparation of the staff report.
