Apply for E-Bike Vouchers for Income-Qualified Californians on May 29

On Thursday, May 29, at 5 p.m., the California E-Bike Incentive Program will re-launch a lottery for eligible adults to receive a voucher worth up to $2,000 toward the purchase of an e-bike. Applicants must have an income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level to qualify. Applicants are encouraged to arrive early to join a virtual waiting room between 5–6 p.m.

School highlight: Earth Day Bike Bus at Encinal Elementary

Encinal Elementary hosted their very first bike bus on April 22 to celebrate Earth Day. A bike bus is a group of students biking together to school under the supervision of adults. The group follows a planned route and meets at designated stops to pick up students along the way and get to school. School parent champions planned this event with over 70 participants!
