Tarlton Properties is proposing to construct a new approximately 120,000 square-foot, five-story research and development (R&D) building with a six-story parking structure integrated into the building. The project would include a 14,000 square-foot fitness center on the sixth level of the garage for Menlo Business Park employees and a 700 square-foot commercial space on the ground floor.

R & M Properties has submitted an application to construct a new three-story research and development building, totaling 67,688 square feet in size, of which 5,787 square feet is proposed for a ground level commercial space in the Life Science (L-S) zoning district.

An approximately 2,760 square-foot café would be located on the ground level of the R&D building with an entrance off a proposed pedestrian plaza at the front of the site.

March Capital Fund has submitted an application for a use permit, architectural control, below market rate housing agreement, and state/local below market rate density bonus to construct a new eight-story, 112-unit multi-family residential unit apartment development. The eight-story apartment development, would be comprised of five floors of apartment units, above a two-story parking garage.
